This is a lovely flat tart that was a favorite at L’Orangerie in Los Angeles. It is a classic. Wonderful served with whipped cream for dessert or a little butter for breakfast!

Apple Paste: flour, sugar, egg, butter, salt. Granny Smith apples, butter, sugar. Organic Valley Cream.
