My German friend Christine (pronounced Christinay) made this for me recently. It is the perfect light , not too sweet, summer dessert. This is my rendition, as I was remiss in requesting the recipe.

Sponge cake - Pasture raised egg whites, flour, lime zest, vanilla & sugar. Whipped cream, powdered sugar, fresh strawberries.
